Juke Boy Bonner -- Houston the Action Town, The Space City Music project continues, with a few tunes by Juke Boy Bonner, a one man band from 3rd ward, who recorded in the 60s and 70s. If I had to pick an anthem for Houston, this would probably be it.

Juke Boy Bonner -- Struggle Here in Houston, Although Juke Boy Bonner was respected and hung out with other well known bluesmen like Lightnin Hopkins and Slim Harpo, he never made any real money from his music and worked for minimum wage at a chicken processing plant for most of his life.
